If you have multiple contributors, you can use permissions to limit access to areas of the site that are relevant to each contributor's work. This guide explains what each contributor role can and can't do so you can decide which permissions to give to your site management team.
Tips
- You can give a contributor multiple roles.
- To publish blog posts by a different authors without giving them contributor permissions, add them as basic authors instead.
- Only the Site Owner and Administrators can invite new contributors and change permission settings.
- Reporting, Trusted Commenters, and Comment Moderator have more limited permissions.
