Why can't I withdraw funds from PayPal?
If you can’t withdraw funds, it might be because you’re not Verified with PayPal yet. Once you verify your account, you can withdraw funds.
To verify your account:
- When you set up your account, you should have received an email from PayPal with “Confirm your email address” in the subject line. Follow the instructions in that email.
- After verifying your account from that email, PayPal will allow you to withdraw funds.
If you can’t find the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
My PayPal connection isn't working correctly.
If you cancel the billing agreement or change Squarespace's permissions for your PayPal account, your PayPal connection may be disrupted.
I received an email about an issue with PayPal's Instant Payment Notification (IPN).
Squarespace's integration with PayPal doesn't support Instant Payment Notifications. If you received an email, this is unrelated to your Squarespace site. To disable further IPN emails, visit PayPal's documentation.
