Certain tweaks and settings can make a big impact on how your site looks and behaves. Play with the following options until you create a design you love.
To open any panel, press the ? key and search for its name.
Open the Style Editor panel. These are some key tweaks that affect the whole site:
- General > Site Background
- General > Site Alignment
- Site Header > Header Navigation - Not available when Site Alignment is set to Center
In the Pages panel, click + to add a Gallery Page. Open the page and click the + icon to add images or videos. To see how your Gallery Page works, we recommend adding at least five images or videos and giving each one a title.
Then go to your Gallery Page and open the Style Editor. Here are some key tweaks:
- Gallery Styles > Index Fullwidth
- Gallery Styles > Index Item Size - Available when Index Fullwidth is unchecked
- Gallery Styles > Enable Thumbnail Hover and Thumbnail Hover tweaks - Adjusts image title display
Tip: You may need to Save and refresh the page to see these changes.
Save your changes and exit the Style Editor. Click one of the images in your grid so it opens in the lightbox slideshow. Then open the Style Editor again and try the options for this tweak:
- Gallery Styles > Gallery Controls
Open your Pages panel click + to add a Blog Page, then click the Blog Page to open it. Click the + icon to add a new post, then open the Style Editor and try these key tweaks:
- Blog > Blog Sidebar, Blog Sidebar Width
- Blog Meta Data
- Hide Entry Author
- Share Button Color
To edit the sidebar content, exit the Style Editor, then hover over the sidebar and click Edit. Use the Insert Points to add new blocks, or click on the placeholder blocks to update them with your content.
