If you sell physical products, you can offer free shipping on all products by creating a free shipping rate. Or, if you'd like to use free shipping as a promotional tool, you can provide your customers with a free shipping coupon.
Note: For an overview of the shipping process and our other shipping methods, visit Setting up shipping rates.
Note: It isn't possible to set per-product shipping rates, so the "Free Shipping" option will be available to any customer checking out.
