Last updated October 22, 2024

Squarespace Circle is a program designed to support, inspire, and engage the community of creatives, developers, and designers who use Squarespace to build beautiful websites, send engaging email campaigns, and set up online schedulers for themselves and their clients. Circle members get longer trial periods, optimized customer support, and access to exclusive content.

Eligibility and cost

Circle membership is free and open to customers who have built or are contributors to at least three separate active Squarespace subscriptions. These subscriptions can include website, Email Campaigns, or Acuity Scheduling plans.

Note

When you're ready to join Circle, these subscriptions need to be on active billing plans, and you need to be either an owner or a contributor with one of the following permissions:

  • Administrator
  • Billing
  • Website Editor
  • Analytics
  • Store Manager
  • Email Campaigns Editor
  • Scheduling Administrator
  • Scheduling View and Edit

Keep in mind that your Circle membership won’t be revoked if you lose access to one of your three eligible subscriptions.

If you're not eligible yet, visit our Circle page to sign up for our mailing list and a free guide. You'll learn more about Squarespace and get tips for becoming a Circle member.

Join the Circle Forum

The Circle Forum is a dedicated space for Circle members to connect and share their ideas. On the forum, you can get hands-on support from product experts, share your feedback with the product team, and collaborate with fellow designers on your website projects. To join the Circle forum, log in with your Squarespace login information, then set up your profile. You can include an account photo and a description of the work you do in your profile. The more detailed you are, the better we can curate content, events, and product testing opportunities that align with your interests. Learn more about getting started with Circle.

Change your Circle Forum email address

Your Circle Forum account and your Squarespace account connect to the same email address, which you can change in your account settings.

Changing your email address will disable your Circle Forum account. To reconnect, log in to the Circle Forum with your updated credentials.

Tip

If you're selling your design services, try adding a paywall for certain content with Digital Products.

Are members endorsed by Squarespace?

Circle members are entitled to exclusive benefits, but aren't endorsed or accredited by Squarespace. While it's fine to mention Circle membership in marketing and client communications, you shouldn't misrepresent yourself as being affiliated with or endorsed by Squarespace. As a member, you do get access to a Circle badge that you can add to your sites to let clients know you're a member.
