Squarespace Circle discount and benefits overview

As a Circle member, your free membership includes access to exclusive benefits. Your current Circle member status determines which perks and benefits you have access to, but all Circle members can expect: 

• Discounts off annual website and online store subscriptions - The discount applies to the first payment for your site.
• Discounts off annual Email Campaigns, Digital Product plans, and Acuity Scheduling subscriptions - The discount applies to the first payment for these subscriptions.
• Extended trial periods - Start with an extended trial for new websites.  
• Priority support - You’ll enjoy priority service when contacting Customer Support. 
• Squarespace Circle badge - Add a badge to your website to identify yourself as a Circle member.

Review the table below to understand which benefits you have access to with your current Circle member status. 

Circle members who joined before March 3, 2025 will receive Circle Gold status and can enjoy the perks and benefits listed in the Gold Status column through the end of 2025.  

Your Circle membership includes a discount on new annual website subscriptions, new Email Campaigns subscriptions, Digital Products subscriptions, and new annual Acuity Scheduling subscriptions. Keep in mind:

• The discount applies to the first payment of all subscription types with an annual billing cycle.
• The discount doesn't apply to future renewals, reactivations, or plan changes.
• The discount is automatically applied at checkout and isn’t valid in combination with other offers.

If one of the following occurs, the Circle discount automatically applies: 

• If a Circle member starts the website trial, the discount applies to the first subscription payment, even if a non-Circle member pays to start the subscription. 
• If a Circle member doesn’t start the website trial, the discount for the first payment only applies if a Circle member pays to start the subscription. 
• If a Circle member starts an Acuity Scheduling trial that isn’t attached to a Squarespace website, the discount applies to the first subscription payment, even if a non-Circle member pays to start the Acuity Scheduling subscription.

After joining Circle, every new site you create under your email address starts with an extended trial. Trials started before joining Circle follow our standard 14-day trial period. If you need more time after two weeks, you can extend it.

If you're eligible, you can unlock referral payments by bringing clients to Squarespace. After you refer the minimum required qualifying subscriptions, you’ll receive a commission for each subsequent qualifying subscription that you refer. The Circle Forum is a dedicated community space where you can engage with other members, provide peer-to-peer support, and build your professional network. Additionally, Circle Gold and Platinum Partners can submit feature requests and participate in product betas, and Platinum Partners can enjoy a dedicated space to collaborate. 

In your Squarespace account, you’ll also find features that are only available to Circle members. For example, Circle Gold and Circle Platinum Partners can pin sites to their account dashboard, or add tags to websites to filter and organize projects. You can also add gallery blocks to all content areas on ‌7.1 sites. 

Circle Gold and Circle Platinum Partners receive early access to new features and are eligible to participate in exclusive product betas. Many new features are enabled automatically, and others can be turned on in the Circle Labs panel in Squarespace Labs under settings. You can add a badge to your website to identify yourself as a Circle member. Download the badges on the forum based on your status:

As a Circle member, you'll receive prioritized help when you send an email or start a chat with Customer Support, so your questions are answered efficiently and effectively. The support experience will vary between statuses. Circle Silver and Gold Partners receive priortized help from the Squarespace Customer Support team. Circle Platinum Partners get access to a dedicated group of Advisors who handle their inquiries only.
