Build a contact form

To create a custom form for collecting email addresses or allowing visitors to contact you, edit the form block. If your layout doesn't include a form block, you can add one.

You can customize the form with different form fields, a post-submit message, and more. Form submissions can be sent to your email address, Google Drive, a Mailchimp subscriber list, or Zapier.

By default, form submissions are sent to the site owner's email address. You can change this in form storage.

Add your location

To add a Google Map highlighting your address, edit the map block and enter your address. If your layout doesn't include a map block, you can add one.

Clicking the pin opens your location in Google Maps, helping visitors access directions and prevent potential mistakes from miscopied addresses. The map can only display one location pin. To show more locations, add multiple map blocks.

Add hours of operation or other text

Edit the text blocks to include your address, business hours, headings, or any other details you want to display.

Expand the layout

To link to your email address or phone number, create an email or phone link. Clicking email links opens the visitor's default email program with a message addressed to the address set in the link. Visitors on mobile start a phone call when they click phone links.

Add a newsletter subscription form

A relative of the form block, the newsletter block is built for collecting newsletter subscribers. It's less customizable than the form block, but this streamlined approach can simplify the sign up process. You can connect a newsletter block to Squarespace Email Campaigns, Zapier, Mailchimp, or Google Drive.

To add icons or buttons that lead to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social profiles, add a social links block.

Rearrange the layout

After you're finished adding or editing blocks, drag and drop them around the page to create a custom layout. Then click Save to publish your changes.

To learn how to move blocks, visit Moving blocks to customize layouts.
