The free year of Google Workspace offer isn't valid for Mobile start plans or Personal website plans.

This offer can't be applied to the Google Workspace Standard plan or the Google Workspace Business Plus plan.

Note: After the first year of service, your Google Workspace account renews at the standard rate. If you don't want it to renew, disable auto-renew.

Am I eligible?

To find if you qualify for the offer, open the Google Workspace panel. You’re eligible if Free Google Workspace Inbox appears in the Order summary when you choose the Google Workspace Starter plan.

You’re not eligible if:

• You're subscribed to the Basic or Personal website plan.
• It's been more than one year since you signed up for, or changed your website billing plan to an eligible plan. The Core, Plus, Advanced, Business, Commerce Basic, and Commerce Advanced are all eligible plans.
• You have a resold domain through Google Workspace, which means you already have a Google Workspace account connected to your domain.

If you're required to pay for the first year:

• Ensure you meet all eligibility requirements.
  • It's not possible to use a domain that has or previously had a Google Workspace account
  • You need a custom domain that shares  billing and permission settings with your site. If your Squarespace domain is connected to your website, you'll need to move your domain to the site before you qualify for the free Google Workspace offer. 
• Upgrade your website to a valid plan. If you’re not sure which website plan you have, visit Checking your billing subscriptions.

Offer terms

• The offer is valid for one new user (email address) per website on a valid website plan. You can add more users at the full price.
• If you sign up for a monthly billing plan, you need to keep auto-renew enabled to receive the full year for free.
• If you cancel your Google Workspace account or disable auto-renew for Google Workspace during the free year, we'll suspend the Google Workspace account at the end of your next billing cycle (either monthly or annual). You'll need to pay to reactivate the account.

To claim this free offer:

1. Ensure you meet our eligibility requirements. If needed, upgrade your website plan.
2. Open the Google Workspace panel.
3. Choose if you would like to pay Monthly or Annually, then click Select and choose the Business Starter plan. If you're eligible, the price will adjust on the review page.
4. Follow the steps in Signing up for Google Workspace.
