If you opened a ticket and didn't receive a confirmation email from us, check your spam/junk folder and add a rule or filter to accept all emails from all our email addresses. These are:
- firstname.lastname@example.org (Customer Care)
- email@example.com (Email notifications from your site)
- firstname.lastname@example.org (Form Block submissions from your site)
- email@example.com (Squarespace Note app)
You can also try logging into your My Activities panel on this site and reviewing your ticket history there.
If neither of these resolve the issue, contact us from a different email address so we can investigate this further.
