A fulfillment service is a third-party company that packages and ships orders for you. When you connect your Squarespace store to a fulfillment service, you can sell physical products without the overhead of renting your own warehouse space or hiring a shipping team.
Note: We can only support issues related to the direct connection between Squarespace and these third-party services. For any other help with a fulfillment service, contact them directly.

Should I use a fulfillment service?
A fulfillment service is a great option for eCommerce stores that have grown past mailing their own orders and want to outsource processing and shipping. Smaller stores can use ShipStation to save time by printing mailing labels, but it might be unnecessary to take the extra step of connecting to a fulfillment service.
