Using Wufoo with Squarespace

You can use the third-party service, Wufoo, to create a customized form for your site.

Note: Squarespace offers a built-in customizable form with the Form Block. To receive troubleshooting support for form issues, we suggest using that block. Wufoo is an alternative for forms that require an option to upload files or images.

Step 1 - Create a Wufoo form

Create a form in your Wufoo account.

Note: File storage is only allowed on paid Wufoo accounts. To learn more, visit Wufoo’s pricing page.

Step 2 - Create the Wufoo code

In the Wufoo Form Manager, click Share in the menu for the form you want to embed.

Scroll down to Advanced Sharing Methods and copy the iframe Embed Code.

Step 3 - Add the Wufoo code

On your Squarespace site, open the editor for the page or post where you'd like your form to appear. Click an Insert Point and select Code from the Block Menu to add a Code Block.

For more detailed steps, visit Adding blocks with Insert Points.

Paste the Wufoo code into the Code box. Click Apply.

Note: This third-party customization falls outside the scope of our support. This means that we’re unable to help further with setup or troubleshooting. Additionally, since this is a code-based solution, we can’t guarantee its functionality or full compatibility with Squarespace. This includes how it functions with our responsive design, particularly its appearance on mobile devices, and if it functions on all templates. Third-party customizations can also cause display issues with future updates to our platform. While we can't help further, there are many resources that can point you in the right direction:
