Use this cheat sheet for syntax reference in the Markdown language. You can use Markdown in the Markdown Block.

The code on the left renders what you see on the right.

Note: Using Markdown is an advanced modification, and we're unable to offer assistance with this custom code. We only recommend using Markdown in Squarespace if you're already familiar with the language.

Preformatted Code Blocks

Indent every line of a code block by at least 4 spaces. Use a colon at the end of the preceding paragraph.
