Last updated May 16, 2024

You can cancel your Squarespace subscription at any time. Before you cancel, review our SEPA refund policies in this guide.

Requesting a SEPA refund

You need to contact your bank directly to request refunds for subscriptions purchased using SEPA. For the first eight weeks after ‌your subscription payment, you can request a refund from your bank with no questions asked.

Note

It’s not possible for Squarespace to issue manual or automatic refunds for SEPA direct debit payments.

Before contacting your bank, cancel the subscriptions you don’t want. If you request a refund from your bank for a subscription that’s still active, we’ll automatically cancel the subscription when your bank issues the refund. For help with a refund for a subscription you’d like to remain active, contact us.

When requesting a refund, your bank may ask for the following information:

  • Squarespace's SEPA creditor ID: IE48ZZZ362530
  • Squarespace's SEPA creditor name: SQUARESPACE IRELAND LIMITED
