Logging into Google Workspace

Enter your email address and password to access Google Workspace features.

This guide explains how to log into Google Workspace (previously G Suite) after signing up for your account. You'll log into Google to access your Google Workspace email inbox, Admin console, Google Drive, and other Google Workspace features. It's not possible to log into your Google Workspace account from your Squarespace account.

If you're not sure where to log in, visit Google's documentation for help accessing your Google Workspace Admin console. Google suggests the best steps for logging in, depending on your permissions. 

Tip

If you get error messages when you log into your Google Workspace Admin console or inbox, visit the troubleshooting section below. If you’re having trouble signing up for or managing your Google Workspace account, if that account is suspended, or if you're unable to send or receive mail, visit Troubleshooting Google Workspace.

Your first time logging in

After signing up for Google Workspace, we email you a temporary password so you can log in for the first time. You’ll log into your Admin console to complete the setup:

  1. In the confirmation email, click the Log Into Email link.
  2. Log in using the temporary password and the new email address you created. If you’re already logged into another Google Workspace or Gmail account, like your personal account, click Add account, then log in.
  3. Follow Google’s prompts to create your own password and accept Google Workspace’s Terms of Service.
  4. You’ll be taken to your new Google Workspace Admin console to verify your domain.

Note

If a message appears asking you to verify your domain or if Google says you don't have access to email, retry domain verification.

Accept Google Workspace’s Terms of Service

You must accept Google Workspace’s Terms of Service after logging into your new account for the first time.

Keep in mind:

  • If you sign up for an annual plan and don’t accept Google Workspace’s Terms of Service, your Google Workspace account is automatically removed from Squarespace and transferred to Google at the end of your first billing cycle. 
  • If your Google Workspace account has already transferred to Google, it's not possible to reinstate it through Squarespace. You can set up billing with Google directly to continue using the account.
  • After accepting Google Workspace’s Terms of Service, your Google Workspace subscription is set to auto-renew.

Log in after setup

After logging in for the first time, use these URLs to access Google Workspace. Go to the URLs, then enter your Google Workspace email address and password. You can bookmark these URLs for easy access:
