We occasionally offer promotions related to the Circle referral payment benefit. This guide is specific to our May and June 2024 promotion, where eligible Circle members can receive double the standard commission amount for Email Campaigns Core, Pro, and Max subscriptions, after they meet the unlock threshold. Below are details on eligibility, promotion terms, commission amounts, and an example scenario.

Eligibility 

To participate in this promotion, you need to meet the Circle referral payment benefit eligibility requirements and:

• Be a resident of, or have your principal place of business, in an eligible US state, jurisdiction, or territory.
• Complete Impact registration before Monday, April 29, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET.  

Note: Circle members in the US who successfully register for Impact on April 30, 2024 or later can't participate in the promotion.

Promotion details

To earn a commission, you first need to refer the required number of qualifying subscriptions to meet the unlock threshold in the qualifying period. The unlock threshold for 2024 is four qualifying subscriptions. However, depending on your 2023 performance, you may have already met the 2024 unlock threshold as part of the 2023 end-of-year promotion. 

After you've met the unlock threshold, you'll start receiving commission payments for each additional qualifying subscription you refer during the qualifying period. Learn more about the Circle referral payments benefit. 

During the promotion period, eligible Circle members who have met the applicable unlock threshold will receive twice the standard commission amount on all qualifying Email Campaigns Core, Pro, and Max subscriptions. 

Note: Email Campaigns Starter is excluded from this promotion.

This promotion is only applicable during the following promotion period:

• Start date: Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 12:00 AM ET
• End date: June 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET

Qualifying subscriptions and commission amounts

For a subscription to qualify, it needs to be:

• Upgraded after joining Impact;
• On an annual plan at the time of first subscription payment; and
• Active 15 days after the first subscription payment, and remain on an annual plan during those first 15 days

The commission amount depends on the subscription plan and who started the trial, and is only paid after you meet the unlock threshold.

Example scenario 

Below, find a common scenario for an eligible Circle member participating in the promo:

A registered Circle member whose place of business is in the US referred four qualifying subscriptions between January and April 2024. Their total number of qualifying subscriptions now equals four, therefore meeting the unlock threshold for 2024.  

Next, the Circle member refers a qualifying Email Campaigns Core subscription and Email Campaigns Max subscription in May 2024. 

As these subscriptions were referred during the promotion period, the Circle member will receive $100 for the Core subscription and $400 for the Max subscription – each of which is twice the standard amount.
