Contacting customers

If you need to contact a customer about their order, find their contact information in the Customers panel on a desktop. On the Commerce App, you can call or email a customer from your phone.

To contact a customer:

  1. In the Home Menu, click Commerce, and then click Customers
  2. Click the customer you want to contact.
  3. In their customer profile, click their email address to open a new email.

Tips:
  • You can also view a customer’s contact information from a specific order. To learn more, visit Viewing orders.
  • Use menu shortcuts to add links to key Commerce panels directly to the Home Menu.
