Automatically send copies of incoming emails to another email address.

With Essential Email by Titan, you can set up email forwarding to automatically send a copy of every email you receive to another inbox of your choice. This is useful if you prefer to consolidate email from multiple accounts into one inbox, or want to keep a backup of your incoming messages.

Also try: To receive email at multiple addresses without creating separate mailboxes, create email aliases instead.

What is email forwarding?

When you set up forwarding, every new email you receive in your Titan inbox is automatically copied to a forwarding email address you choose. Forwarding stays active until you disable it.

By default, a copy of each forwarded email is also kept in your Titan inbox, but you can disable this feature.

Set up email forwarding

To set up email forwarding, log in to your Titan account and follow Titan's documentation on outgoing forwarding.

Can I use Squarespace's built-in email forwarding instead?

No. You can't use Squarespace's built-in email forwarding on a domain that has a custom email address like Essential Email by Titan. Squarespace's email forwarding works by adding MX records to your domain's DNS settings. Because Essential Email by Titan is already using those MX records, adding Squarespace's forwarding records would create a conflict that disrupts mail delivery.
