Create several emails with unique domains in your Google Workspace account.

If you have multiple brands, businesses, or teams that each use its own domain (for example, consulting-mysite.com and research-mysite.com), add them as secondary domains to manage everything under a single Google Workspace account.

Add the new domain as a secondary domain

First, add the new domain or subdomain as a secondary domain:

1. Log in to your Google Admin console.
2. Navigate to your domain management settings and add the new domains as secondary domains.

Add a user with a secondary domain

After you verify the secondary domain, add users and email addresses to it:

1. Add a new user in your Google Workspace panel.
2. The user will receive an email invitation from Google with their temporary login information. If they don’t receive the invitation, resend it.
3. After the user logs in for the first time, open your Google Admin Console.
4. Rename the user so it ends in your secondary domain.
