Printing Scheduling information

To create a hard copy for reference, you can print your schedule, your agenda, the details of upcoming appointments, or client records. This guide explains how to print these different pieces of information.

Print your appointment schedule

Print your calendar to print a daily, weekly, or monthly view of upcoming appointments, or print your agenda to print a list of upcoming appointments.

Note: It's not possible to print from a mobile browser or the mobile admin app.

To print your calendar:

  1. In Scheduling, go to the appointment calendar.
  2. Use the Today, Week, and Month tabs to control your view. Use the calendar filter to control which calendars are displayed.
  3. The zoom defaults to 75%, but you can increase it to change the height of the calendar. The width of columns remains the same regardless of the zoom.
  4. Click the printer icon left of the search bar, then click Print calendar.
Note: If you have multiple calendars or calendars with different time zones, part of your appointment calendar may be cut off when you print. If this happens, use the instructions below to print the agenda view instead.

To print your agenda:

  1. In Scheduling, go to the appointment calendar.
  2. Click the printer icon left of the search bar, then click Print agenda.
Tip: You can also set up a weekly agenda email.
