Integrating Scheduling with CRM apps

You can connect Scheduling to a variety of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. This guide explains how to set up the Wufoo and Pipedrive integrations and where to find more information on third-party developed integrations.

Available integrations

Scheduling has integrations with:

  • Wufoo
  • Pipedrive

Third-party developers have created integrations to connect Scheduling to:

  • ClassPass
  • Daylite
  • Uplaunch
  • Zoho CRM

Zapier can link Scheduling with:

  • Google Contacts
  • Google Sheets
  • Infusionsoft
  • Salesforce

Connect to Wufoo

Connect Scheduling to Wufoo to create outside forms that connect to clients’ Scheduling appointments.

Clients can fill out your Wufoo form before or after booking an appointment in Scheduling. Form responses display in the details of all scheduled appointments with a matching email address. We recommend sending clients to your Wufoo form by including a link in an email notification template or on your appointment confirmation page.

It’s not possible to connect more than one Wufoo form to Scheduling. You can add links to other Wufoo forms in email notification templates or appointment confirmation pages, but only answers from the form you select in the integration will appear in Scheduling.

Note If a client fills out your Wufoo form multiple times, all their responses will be listed in the appointment details of each of the client's appointments.

To set up the connection:

  1. Before you begin, set up a form in Wufoo. You must include an email address field in this form.
  2. In Scheduling, click Integrations.
  3. Find Wufoo, click Set up then Connect.
  4. Follow the prompts to enter your Wufoo username and password.
  5. Select the Wufoo form you’d like to connect, then select the email field in the form.
  6. Click Save settings.

Connect to Pipedrive

Connect Scheduling to Pipedrive to create or update Pipedrive People as appointments are booked in Scheduling.

Scheduling automatically syncs the client’s name and email address to Pipedrive. You can also sync other appointment details and intake form responses if you've already created those custom fields in Pipedrive.

Pipedrive can sync the following custom fields:

  • Address
  • Text
  • Monetary
  • Date
  • Date range
  • Time
  • Time range
Note: Custom fields sync the first time the client books an appointment, but don’t update in Pipedrive when subsequent appointments are booked.

To set up the connection:

  1. In Scheduling, click Integrations.
  2. Find Pipedrive and click Set up.
  3. Enter your Pipedrive API token and click Connect to Pipedrive.

Connect to a third-party integration

Third-party integrations are available for Zoho CRM, Daylite, Uplaunch, and ClassPass in the Integrations panel. Because they’re developed and maintained by third-party developers, they fall outside our scope of support. If you have questions about these integrations, contact the integration provider directly.
