Troubleshooting blank tabs

If you're seeing blank lists in the Orders panel or a “No Products” message in the Inventory panel, there are a few reasons why this could happen:

  • Your store isn't live. To fix this, ensure that your store page is enabled and not hidden by a password.
  • Your store doesn’t have any live products. To fix this, add or edit products and ensure their status is set to Visible
  • You’ve logged into a site without a store. To fix this, add a store page and get started with Commerce, or switch to another site with an active store attached.
