Integrate Scheduling with Email Campaigns

Connect Scheduling with Email Campaigns to automatically invite your Scheduling clients to join a mailing list. Clients opt in through an intake form question during booking. With Email Campaigns, you send marketing emails to multiple clients. These emails are separate from automated Scheduling email notifications, which update individual clients about their appointments. 

Before you begin

Set up the integration

To enable the Email Campaigns integration:

  1. In the Home Menu, click Scheduling, and then click Integrations.
  2. In the Email Marketing section, find Squarespace Campaigns and click Set Up.
  3. Click Connect to Squarespace Campaigns.
  4. Select a mailing list and a question from one of your Scheduling forms.
  5. Click Save List.

Change the connected mailing list and form question

To edit the integration settings:

  1. In the Home Menu, click Scheduling, and then click Integrations.
  2. In the Email Marketing section, find Squarespace Campaigns and click Set Up.
  3. Change the mailing list or Scheduling form question you have selected.
  4. Click Save.

Mailing lists from Scheduling

If you haven’t set up Email Campaigns before setting up this integration, you'll start with a default mailing list. You can rename the list or create a new list. For steps on managing your mailing lists, visit Building mailing lists.

How clients opt into your mailing list

When clients subscribe, they'll receive an automated opt-in confirmation email. When they opt in through that email, Email Campaigns will add them to your list. To learn more about subscriber opt-in, visit Email Campaigns subscriber verification.
