Is this the same as Acuity Scheduling?
It's an integrated version of Acuity Scheduling. Scheduling is an Acuity product designed for Squarespace, with all of the same features of Acuity built into your Squarespace account.
Acuity is still available as a standalone product, and we plan to build deeper integrations between our platforms in the future.
Should I use Acuity or Squarespace Scheduling?
It depends on your business needs and if you're currently a customer of either platform:
- If you have a Squarespace site and don't have an Acuity account, use Squarespace Scheduling for integrated online booking with your site.
- If you already have an Acuity Scheduling account from acuityscheduling.com, continue using the Appointment Scheduling Block with your existing Direct Scheduling Link.
- To use Acuity Scheduling without Squarespace, sign up for an Acuity account.
- It's not currently possible to migrate or merge Acuity accounts and Scheduling accounts. For example, if you have an Acuity account and a Squarespace site, you can't currently migrate your Acuity account to Squarespace Scheduling.
