See your connected mobile apps

To view a list of the apps you've connected to your Squarespace account:

  1. Go to your Account Dashboard at account.squarespace.com, and log in if needed.
  2. Click Account & Security.
  3. Click Connected Apps.
  4. Click any app to see which devices it's currently installed on and connected to your account.

Manage push notifications

Learn about new activity in your store or website in real time by enabling push notifications for Squarespace mobile apps.

Push notifications are only available in the Squarespace Commerce App and the Squarespace Analytics iOS App.

  1. Open your iPhone’s Settings.
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. Scroll down and tap the app you want to receive push notifications from.
  4. Switch the Allow Notifications toggle on or off. It will turn green when it’s enabled.

  1. Open your device's Settings.
  2. Tap Applications.
  3. Tap Application Manager.
  4. Scroll down and tap the app you want to receive push notifications from.
  5. Tap Notifications.
  6. Switch the Allow Notifications toggle on or off. It will turn blue when it’s enabled.

Force an app to log out

In the Account Dashboard, you can force a Squarespace app to log out of your account. This is useful if you lose your device.

To disconnect an app from your account:

  1. Go to your Account Dashboard at account.squarespace.com, and log in if needed.
  2. Click Account & Security.
  3. Click Connected Apps.
  4. Click the app you want to disconnect.
  5. Click Remove next to the device(s) where it's installed.

The app will be logged out on each device you remove it from. To reconnect it, open the app on each device.

Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble with a Squarespace mobile app, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Review the app's built-in help guides.
  2. Ensure your device is using an operating system supported by the app, as listed in the guides linked above.
  3. Ensure you’ve updated to the latest version of the app.
  4. If you're having trouble with two-factor authentication, visit Protect your account with two-factor authentication.
  5. If you're still having trouble, use the Help option in the app to contact Customer Support.
