See your connected mobile apps

To view a list of the apps you've connected to your Squarespace account:

  1. Go to your Account Dashboard at account.squarespace.com, and log in if needed.
  2. Click Account & Security.
  3. Click Connected Apps.
  4. Click any app to see which devices it's currently installed on and connected to your account.

Force an app to log out

In the Account Dashboard, you can force a Squarespace app to log out of your account. This is useful if you lose your device.

To disconnect an app from your account:

  1. Go to your Account Dashboard at account.squarespace.com, and log in if needed.
  2. Click Account & Security.
  3. Click Connected Apps.
  4. Click the app you want to disconnect.
  5. Click Remove next to the device(s) where it's installed.

The app will be logged out on each device you remove it from. To reconnect it, open the app on each device.

Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble with a Squarespace mobile app, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Review the app's built-in help guides.
  2. Ensure your device is using an operating system supported by the app, as listed in the guides linked above.
  3. Ensure you’ve updated to the latest version of the app.
  4. If you're having trouble with two-factor authentication, visit Protect your account with two-factor authentication.
  5. Delete the app from your device, then re-install it.
  6. If you're still having trouble, use the Help option in the app to open a ticket with Customer Care.
