Connect your LinkedIn Account

Before you start using LinkedIn with Squarespace, you need to connect your account:

  1. In the Home Menu, click Settings.
  2. Click Connected Accounts.
  3. Click Connect Account.
  4. Select LinkedIn from the Social Accounts menu.
  5. Log in using your LinkedIn username and password.
  6. Authorize Squarespace to post to your LinkedIn page.

Add a social icon

You can add a LinkedIn social icon that links to your LinkedIn profile:

  1. In Connected Accounts, click your LinkedIn account to open LinkedIn Settings.
  2. Ensure Show Social Icon is checked.

The Profile URL is automatically set to lead to your LinkedIn profile.

  • Album Pages
  • Events Pages
  • Gallery Pages
  • Regular Pages (Flatiron template only)
  • Blog posts
  • Product items

Push content to LinkedIn automatically

You can share the following content on LinkedIn as you publish it:

  • Blog posts
  • Gallery images
  • Gallery videos
  • Audio tracks
  • Product items
  • Events

Note: We currently support pushing content to personal LinkedIn profiles only. To share your site's content on your company's LinkedIn page or business account, you can post the link directly in LinkedIn.
