Merging Gallery Pages

To merge multiple Gallery Pages so all images display in one page, follow our shortcut to move images between Gallery Pages.

Tip: This guide applies to Gallery Pages, not Gallery Blocks. However, you can share images between Gallery Blocks by reusing an image you've previously added. For more on the differences between these gallery types, visit Gallery Blocks vs. Gallery Pages.
This guide is for version 7.0. Version 7.1 uses gallery sections instead.

Step 1 - Select and move images

  1. In the Home Menu, click Pages.
  2. Select the Gallery Page with the images you're moving.
  3. Press and hold Shift, and click the images you're moving.
  4. Click Select All in the action bar that appears at the bottom of the panel.
  5. Click Move Items.

In the Select Destination Collection window, select the Gallery Page where you want to move the images, and then click Move Items.

The selected images have moved to the destination Gallery Page.

Step 2 - Repeat for additional galleries

Repeat the steps above for additional Gallery Pages you want to merge.

Step 3 - Delete the empty gallery

If you don't need the newly empty Gallery Page, hover over it in the Pages panel and click the trash can icon to delete it.

You can recover the deleted page within seven days. To learn more about deleting pages, visit Deleting a page.

Note: The size limit for images added to the Gallery Page is 20 MB. You can add up to 250 images or videos to each Gallery Page. Keep in mind that large galleries may take longer to load.
