Remove a shipping option from your store by following these steps.
Before you begin
- Removing a shipping option won't affect processed orders. If you have a pending order where the customer selected a shipping option you removed, that shipping option will still apply to that order.
- Orders including physical items can't be processed unless there is at least one shipping method available.
- Removing the USPS Carrier Calculated shipping option is required before downgrading from a Business plan.
- If you ship to multiple countries, ensure your other shipping methods cover all countries where you'll ship orders.
Step 1 - Open the Shipping panel
In the Home Menu, click Settings, and then click Shipping.
Step 2 - Remove a shipping method
Click a shipping method.
In the dialog that opens, click Remove. Then click Confirm.
Note: If you're selling physical products, offer at least one shipping method. Otherwise, customers won't be able to complete their purchase.
