Single product discounts

This guide shows you how to create a discount that applies to one product in your Squarespace store.

You can use Single Product Discounts to promote sales of a certain item or encourage customers to purchase an add-on product. Single Product discounts apply a discount to a single purchase of a specific product, not to the entire order. If the discounted product appears multiple times in the cart, this discount will only apply once.

Note: You must have at least one product on your Products Page to create a discount. To learn more, visit Adding products to your store.

Step 1 - Go to the Discounts panel

Depending on your plan:

  • In the Home Menu, click Commerce, and then click Discounts.
  • In the Home Menu, click Discounts.

You can also press the ? key while any panel is open and search discounts.
