Squarespace Analytics shows you how visitors interact with your site, so you don't want your own activity to skew the data. Use this guide to learn how to hide your activity.
Hiding your activity
Squarespace Analytics ignores all site owner and contributor activity by default, but you need to be logged in for that to happen. When you're logged out, we have no way to identify that the visit is you, so Analytics logs your activity like you're an ordinary visitor.
To prevent this from happening, we recommend logging in from Squarespace.com or clicking Login at the top of this site. You should stay logged in on any computers where this is a secure and viable option.

Hiding other internal traffic
To exclude all internal traffic, including your traffic if you're logged out, use our integration with Google Analytics. This may be helpful if you have employees who visit your site frequently but don’t have Squarespace accounts.
