Contacting customers

If you need to contact a customer about their order, find their contact information in the Customers panel on a desktop. On the Commerce App, you can call or email a customer from your phone.

To contact a customer:

  1. In the Home Menu, click Commerce, and then click Customers. Or in the Home Menu, click Customers.
  2. Click the customer you want to contact.
  3. In their customer profile, click their email address to open a new email.
