Scheduling products

You can schedule a product to become available for purchase at a later date. This lets you create the product in advance but hide it from your store until you're ready to sell it.

Note: The scheduled date depends on your Language and Region Settings. To ensure your products publish at the right time, ensure that these settings are correct.

Step 1 - Open the product

In the Home Menu, click Pages. Click a Products Page. Double-click a product to open the product editor. For detailed steps, visit Editing a product.

Step 2 - Set the product status

In the product editor, click Hidden (or Visible if the product is currently listed).

Select Scheduled.

Step 3 - Set a date and time

Click the date next to Will be visible.

In the calendar window, select a date and time for the product to become visible. You can also use the slider to set the product to be visible in a specified number of days from now. Click Save.

The product will appear in your live store on the scheduled date.

Step 4 - View scheduled products

Scheduled products have a Hidden label in the Product and Inventory panels. When the product changes to visible on the scheduled date, the Hidden label will disappear and the status in the product editor will change to Visible.
