Viewing orders

After you've processed an order, you can review its details and activity in the Orders panel.

Tip: To see gift card usage, click View gift cards in the Orders panel. To learn more, visit Selling gift cards.

Open an order

Open an order to view its details.

Desktop iOS Android
  1. In the Home Menu click Orders. Or, in the Home Menu, click Commerce and then click Orders. You can also press ? while any panel is open and search orders.
  2. Hover over the Orders drop-down menu and click Pending Orders, Fulfilled Orders, or Cancelled Orders.
  3. Click any order to open the Order Summary window.
Tip: You can also search by the customer's order #, email, or name. When searching by order number, exclude the #.

The app will always open on the Orders dashboard.

  1. If you're on a different dashboard, tap Orders.
  2. Tap Pending, Fulfilled, and Cancelled to view orders by status.
  3. Tap the Sorted By drop-down menu to sort by order date.
  4. To search for an order, swipe down and type the customer’s name or order number into the Search field.
  5. Tap any order to view the order details.
Tip: Enable push notifications to receive alerts for new orders.

Review the order details

Order summaries include the products purchased, customer details, billing information, and more.

View the charge in Stripe or PayPal

You can view detailed payment invoices in your Stripe or PayPal account. This is the best place to find information about transaction fees and when payments will be deposited into your bank account.

    1. In the Order Summary, click View in Stripe or View in PayPal.

  1. In the order details, scroll down and tap Payment details.
  2. Tap Charge.
  3. Your payment processor will open in a new window. Log in to view the charge.

  2. Tap View Charge in [Payment Processor].
  3. Your payment processor will open in a new window. Log in to view the charge.

View the order's activity (desktop only)

In the Order Summary window, click the Activity tab.

The Activity tab shows the history of the order, including changes in payment status and fulfillment status.

Fulfillment statuses:

  • Pending
  • Fulfilled
  • Cancelled

Payment statuses:

  • Paid
  • Refunded

The name, date, and contributor who made each change are listed.

Delete test orders

If you placed test orders, you'll see these marked with a Test label in the Orders panel. To delete test orders, visit Running a test order.
