If your store uses a workflow where you print orders and fulfill them in bulk, you can use these steps to fulfill multiple orders simultaneously.
Note: This process is only suitable for some stores. As a general rule, we recommend fulfilling orders individually to ensure all information is correct.

Step 1 - Select Orders
- In the HomeMenu , click Commerce, and then click Orders. You can also press the ? key while any panel is open and search orders.
- Check the orders to fulfill. To fulfill all current orders, check one then click Select All in the action bar that appears below.
Step 2 - Fulfill orders
After you've selected your orders, click Mark Fulfilled.
Step 3 - Send notifications
In the Shipping Notification window, leave Send Order Fulfilled Notification checked to send Order Fulfilled emails to your customers. These emails will send immediately after clicking Confirm.
Step 4 - Add tracking numbers (optional)
To help you and your customers track packages online, you can add tracking numbers in the Tracking Number box for each order.
The Carrier drop-down menu will automatically update with the carrier associated with the number if it's a standard carrier. Our standard carrier options are:
- Australia Post
- Canada Post
- Royal Mail
If your carrier isn't listed, select Other from the Carrier drop-down menu, and then enter a custom carrier.
Note: If the tracking number is associated with a standard carrier (Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS), it will be a link in the Order Fulfilled email. If the tracking number is associated with a custom carrier, it will display in the Order Fulfilled email but won't be clickable.
Step 5 - View fulfilled orders
To view fulfilled orders, click the drop-down menu and select Fulfilled.
If you mark orders as Fulfilled by mistake, you can check the orders then click Mark Pending to set it back to Pending.
This won't unsend notification emails. You can contact the customer by clicking the Email Notifications tab in Order Summary. For more information on this, visit Contacting a customer.
